Suliko
სულიკო
Traditional Adjarian Restaurant
Suliko is named after the beloved Georgian poem by Akaki Tsereteli that became one of the most recognised songs in the Georgian language. The Batumi restaurant serves Adjarian specialities not found in Tbilisi: Adjarian khachapuri (the boat-shaped version this region invented), ckakapuli chicken, borano (fried Adjarian cheese), and walnut-laced Adjarian salads. The upper terrace has one of the best Black Sea views in the city.
Veranda Restaurant
ვერანდა
Seafront Georgian & Seafood Restaurant
Veranda is Batumi's most polished seafront dining destination, occupying a prime position on the Black Sea boulevard with a wide terrace overlooking the water. The menu blends traditional Adjarian coastal cuisine with the wider Georgian repertoire, placing particular emphasis on fresh Black Sea fish: turbot, mullet, and sea bass prepared in both Georgian and Mediterranean styles. Veranda is the reference point for celebration dining in Batumi.
