Baia's Wine is a boutique family winery near Sighnaghi in the Kakheti wine region, operated by Baia Abuladze, one of Georgia's emerging female winemakers. The winery produces natural wines using traditional qvevri fermentation with minimal intervention. Grape varieties include Rkatsiteli, Mtsvane, and Saperavi grown in organic vineyards. Tastings and cellar visits can be arranged by appointment.

Old Town Guesthouse is located in the historic center of Sighnaghi, the walled hilltop town known as Georgia's City of Love. The guesthouse occupies a restored traditional house with a terrace overlooking the Alazani Valley and the Caucasus mountains.
